About the role
Lead a team of blockchain security engineers and define security strategy for on-chain systems. Guide smart contract security reviews across multiple chains, conduct risk and architecture assessments, and audit partnerships and infrastructure for vulnerabilities. Requires 10 years of engineering or security engineering experience with crypto experience, plus experience managing or coaching senior security engineers. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Solidity, Rust, and cloud-native environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
